PRESIDENTS

Jiweon (John) Kim
John Kim is a business strategist with experience in project coordination and stakeholder communication. He has interned at MGM Resorts International and SIGONtech, where he contributed to planning and business development. John is also the founder of two successful business ventures– an Interview Consulting Startup that boasts a 100% acceptance rate for applicants and an Online Fashion Marketing agency with over 20,000 followers. His leadership extends further to public speaking, having won multiple competitions and served as a Student Council Representative. Fluent in English, Chinese, and Korean, John brings a further global perspective to this event.

Chloe Yae-Eun Oh
Chloe is a leader with a diverse background in debate, Model United Nations (MUN), and scientific research. She is the Founder & President of Global Junior Debaters, which has expanded to 15+ international schools and reached 320+ students worldwide. Chloe has judged and competed in numerous prestigious debate tournaments, earning championship titles in the Korea National Debate Championships and Asia Pacific Debate Championships. Her experience includes internships at Hanyang University’s Rheumatology Department, organizing Model UN conferences such as SEOMUN and YMUNK, and serving as a Deputy-Secretary-General for the largest MUN conference in Korea. Chloe has also been featured in JoongAng Daily and has secured sponsorships for her debate programs.
MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS

Jaeeun Lee
Communications, editorial and marketing director
Jaeeun Lee is a dedicated collaborator who actively contributes to her community locally and globally. She previously served as the Design Director for several Model United Nations (MUN) conferences, showcasing her leadership and creative expertise. Her passion for art extends across various fields, including logo and merchandise design, theatre and film production, office rebranding, and exhibitions. Beyond her artistic endeavors, Jaeeun co-founded Cooperatives G.I.V.E. (Generations Interact and Value Each Other), where she leads projects and camps that foster meaningful connections between younger and older generations. As the Event Manager and Communications, Editorial, and Marketing Director for TEDxPangyo Youth, Jaeeun is committed to making meaningful contributions to ensure a memorable experience for everyone attending the TEDx event. She believes the TEDx stage will spark new ideas and encourage Pangyo’s community of thinkers and doers.

Michael Noh
Designer
Michael Noh is a creative leader with a passion for blending art, technology, and community impact. He is the Co-Founder of CAMY (Creative Arts and Media for Youth), an international platform that connects students through photography and media, and the Founder of BandAid, a virtual youth orchestra uniting musicians from different countries through collaborative performances. Beyond his creative initiatives, Michael has published research on AI-generated music preferences and environmental conservation. As part of the TEDxPangyo Youth team, he’s excited to bring his design skills and multidisciplinary experience to help create an event that inspires bold ideas and meaningful connections.

Yuna Seung
Outreach Director
Yuna Seung is a rising junior at Seoul Foreign School who shares a passion for social justice and youth empowerment. With a strong background in research, multimedia, and Model United Nations, she has led initiatives that amplify marginalized voices and foster human connection. As the Founder and President of her school’s Amnesty International chapter, she leads projects that ignite awareness about human rights. She has also earned accolades and served in chairing positions at MUN conferences. As a student researcher, she has worked with professors from Northwestern University and the University of Cambridge in medical anthropology and data science. Beyond her academic endeavors, she has won awards in competitions such as National History Day for her multimedia documentaries that shed light on historical issues. At TEDxPangyo Youth, Yuna serves as the Outreach Director and sees the event as an opportunity to elevate underrepresented perspectives and drive meaningful conversations among youth.
FINANCE

Sanghoo Ahn
Sponsorships and budgets manager
Sanghoo Ahn is a passionate business analyst with profound experience in business management and operations. He currently works as a business manager at Reteena, an AI-based diagnostic software that reduces Alzheimer’s diagnosis costs, where he developed a sustainable business model for its commercial implementation. Sanghoo has also served as the director of marketing and business development for The Eye, being awarded an alternate finalist in the Conrad Challenge with an AI-powered vehicle security device. Beyond personal accomplishments, Sanghoo strives to foster collective engagement, organizing the Ignite Entrepreneurship Competition in the role of a vice executive director. As the Director of Finance for TEDxPangyo Youth, Sanghoo hopes to leverage his extensive background in financial operations to successfully arrange an event where novelty flourishes.
